Welcome to reel7. These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you — the registered account holder — and reel7. By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the reel7 platform, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to be bound by them in full.

3Account Rules

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold one reel7 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious breach of these terms. reel7 monitors for duplicate accounts and will close any detected duplicates, withholding balances pending investigation if there is evidence of abuse.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your reel7 login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account login is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised it. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact reel7 support immediately.

Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and payment method information. Providing false or misleading information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your reel7 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method once verification requirements are met. reel7 also reserves the right to close accounts at its discretion where there is evidence of terms violations, fraudulent activity or behaviour that puts the integrity of the platform at risk.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on reel7 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, cards and mobile wallets. No currency conversion is applied at any point — what you deposit in PKR is what appears in your wallet.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your reel7 wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within a few minutes. reel7 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned minus any applicable processing costs.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method chosen and standard verification procedures. reel7 reserves the right to request identity documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above standard thresholds.

Active bonus balances may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established. Check the specific bonus terms for applicable wagering conditions at the time you claim any offer.

5Bonuses and Promotions

reel7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, and season-specific promotions such as PSL-related offers on the Sports Betting section. Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are displayed at the time of the offer.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonus offers on reel7 carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier of the bonus amount that must be completed before the bonus balance (and any winnings generated from it) becomes eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement, eligible games and time limit for each offer are stated in the individual offer terms. Wagering requirements are the player's responsibility to read and understand before claiming any bonus.

Bonus Abuse

reel7 takes a strict approach to bonus abuse. Actions considered abusive include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, using structured betting patterns to artificially complete wagering requirements, placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts or with other players, and using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the terms of the specific offer. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus and associated winnings voided.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to expiry dates as stated in the individual offer. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated validity period are automatically removed from the account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6Game Play Rules

All casino games, slot titles and live casino games available on reel7 use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game outcome is entirely independent of previous results. Past performance of any game does not predict, influence or guarantee any future outcome.

Sports Betting markets on reel7 are governed by specific event rules and settlement procedures relevant to each sport. For Cricket, PSL and T20 events, official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body are used to settle bets. In the event of a dispute or uncertainty about match result, reel7 reserves the right to suspend settlement until a conclusive official result is confirmed.

Technical Faults

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — such as a disconnection during a live casino round or a slot spin that fails to complete — reel7 will refer to server-side logs to determine the state of play at the time of the fault. Where a clear game state can be confirmed, the round will be settled accordingly. Where it cannot be determined, the relevant bet amount will be returned to your wallet.

Minimum and Maximum Bets

Each game section and individual title on reel7 has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, displayed within the game interface or betting slip. It is the player's responsibility to check applicable limits before placing bets. reel7 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time without prior notice.

7Responsible Gaming

reel7 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The following tools are available to all registered users from the account settings section at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much PKR you can deposit. Once set, limits cannot be increased without a cooling-off period.

• Registering an account using false identity documents or someone else's personal information.

reel7 uses automated monitoring systems alongside manual review to detect prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is detected, the platform reserves the right to take immediate action including account suspension, balance freeze and legal escalation where appropriate.

9Privacy and Data

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the reel7 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

reel7 collects the minimum data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud and comply with applicable obligations.
